Memorandum of Understanding between CSM and NIMS
October 12 , 2009 - Centro Sviluppo Materiali (CSM) and National Institute of Material Science (NIMS) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on " Evaluation of Mechanical Property and Microstructure of Advanced Structural Materials ".
Within the MOU framework, CSM and NIMS shall cooperate in research and development of new advanced high-temperature steels for power plant applications and promote academic exchanges of both researchers and technicians. The collaboration between the two Entities will be extended to include structural materials, with special emphasis to Ultra Fine Grained (UFG) flat and long steel products.
