ThyssenKrupp Acciai Speciali Terni (15%): a national company leader in the stainless steel market. It belongs to the Thyssen-Krupp Group, which is the world-leader for stainless steel and is a prominent producer of quality carbon steel.

Tenaris/Dalmine (8.33%): this company is a part of the Techint International Group, world-leader in the seamless tubular products market.

Finmeccanica(SO.GE.PA.) (5%): the company by which Finmeccanica, world-leader in aeospace and defence sector, controls CSM.

Tenova (4%): It is one of the most relevant international engineering companies operating in the metallurgical and steel sector.

Fincantieri (8.33%): One of the most relevant world shipbuilding industries, present in the defence market and worldleader for civil ship cruisers.

Vesuvius Group (8%): Worldleader for refractory and ceramics components used in the metallurgical and steel industry. It belongs to the Cookson Group.

C.L.N. (4%): The Magnetto Group is leader in the development and manufacturing of components for the automotive and other industrial sectors.

Società per il Polo Tecnologico Industriale Romano (16,22%): It is a company founded to promote the technological growth and the development of companies located in the regional territory of Lazio

Acea (10%): Local, national and International operating company active in the utilities market (gas and water distribution, production, transport and distribustion of electricity, telecommunications);

Azienda Municipale Ambiente Roma (A.M.A) (5%): It is a local company which operates the collection, treatment; re-use and disposal of civil and industrial solid wastes.

Arvedi Group  (5%): Italian producer of hot rolled steel strip and tube
